The general terms and conditions apply to online shop orders as well as purchases directly in the store in Lachen and can be amended at any time.
Delivery conditions Shipping
Available only within Switzerland. Orders are generally shipped on the day payment is received, provided the item is in stock. Otherwise, a written order confirmation will be sent via email with the expected delivery date. If this date is too late for the customer, they have the right to cancel the order immediately.
Offer and prices
All prices include VAT. We reserve the right to correct errors in description, image, availability, delivery time, and price. Product defects must be reported to us in writing within four calendar days of receipt of the order. All prices are indicative and subject to change based on market conditions, product condition, and currency fluctuations.
Our prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). The prices listed in the online shop apply. In the event of a price increase, the buyer will be informed in advance and has the right to cancel free of charge. The products remain the property of Helvetia Luxury until full payment is received. The buyer bears the shipping risk in all cases.
Rückgaberecht / Rücksendungen
Eine Rückgabe ist nur nach vorheriger schriftlicher Anmeldung per E-Mail möglich.
Bei Second-Hand-Artikeln muss die Rückgabe innerhalb von 2 Werktagen nach Erhalt der Ware angemeldet werden.
Bei neuen Artikeln muss die Rückgabe innerhalb von 3–4 Werktagen nach Erhalt der Ware angemeldet werden.
Die Artikel müssen ungetragen, unbenutzt, vollständig und im gleichen Zustand wie bei Lieferung zurückgesendet werden. Etiketten, Originalverpackung, Zubehör, Echtheitsnachweise und alle mitgelieferten Unterlagen müssen vollständig vorhanden sein.
Artikel mit entfernten Etiketten, nachträglichen Gebrauchsspuren, Beschädigungen oder fehlendem Zubehör können nicht zurückgenommen werden.
Die Kosten und das Versandrisiko der Rücksendung gehen zulasten der Kundin oder des Kunden.
Nach Eingang und Prüfung der retournierten Ware erfolgt die Rückerstattung gemäss unseren Rückgabebedingungen.

The use of partner companies only occurs to the extent absolutely necessary for the proper fulfillment of the service (order processing) (e.g., Curabill for invoicing). By entering into the purchase agreement, the customer agrees to this use of their data and to the privacy policy. Furthermore, the customer agrees that the data they provide to us during the ordering process will be stored and processed in our IT system. We undertake not to disclose any data to uninvolved third parties.
