The general terms and conditions apply to online shop orders as well as purchases directly in the store in Lachen and can be amended at any time.
Delivery conditions Shipping
Available only within Switzerland. Orders are generally shipped on the day payment is received, provided the item is in stock. Otherwise, a written order confirmation will be sent via email with the expected delivery date. If this date is too late for the customer, they have the right to cancel the order immediately.
Offer and prices
All prices include VAT. We reserve the right to correct errors in description, image, availability, delivery time, and price. Product defects must be reported to us in writing within four calendar days of receipt of the order. All prices are indicative and subject to change based on market conditions, product condition, and currency fluctuations.
Our prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). The prices listed in the online shop apply. In the event of a price increase, the buyer will be informed in advance and has the right to cancel free of charge. The products remain the property of Helvetia Luxury until full payment is received. The buyer bears the shipping risk in all cases.
Return policy Returns
Returns are accepted within five calendar days (date as determined by the postal tracking information and postmark) after receipt of the goods. Please return delivered items undamaged, complete, and unworn, with the original tags still attached. If tags are missing or there are demonstrable signs of wear, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a flat fee for refurbishment. The purchase price (excluding shipping costs and any applicable fees) will be refunded within a few days of receiving the returned item. Return packages are processed exclusively on Tuesdays during regular business days.
If the return is made after the five-day period (but within one calendar week), a minimum handling fee of CHF 20 will be deducted. After this period, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to proceed according to our buyback policy. Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel new orders from customers who had a return rate of more than 70% during their last orders (with prior notification).
Please include the delivery note with your return. The buyer bears the shipping risk for returns.
Data protection
The customer data collected during order processing is used solely for internal market research purposes. It will not be shared with third parties or...
The use of partner companies only occurs to the extent absolutely necessary for the proper fulfillment of the service (order processing) (e.g., Curabill for invoicing). By entering into the purchase agreement, the customer agrees to this use of their data and to the privacy policy. Furthermore, the customer agrees that the data they provide to us during the ordering process will be stored and processed in our IT system. We undertake not to disclose any data to uninvolved third parties.
